1) What is the difference between temporary and direct hire?

The main difference between temporary (staff augmentation) and direct hire is who employs you. As a temporary employee, Renowned Staffing LLC employs you. As a direct-hire candidate, we do not employ you, but consult and guide you through the interview process. Once you find an opportunity, our client employs you and your paycheck and benefits will come from them.

2) Is there any cost to candidates?

No, there is no cost to the job candidate. As a temporary associate, you will be paid as determined by assignment (weekly,bi-weekly or monthly) based on the number of hours you worked at the rate per hour provided for your position. As a direct hire, we are your career consultants at no cost to you. You will be paid the salary offered by your hiring employer.

3) What are the advantages of working with Renowned Staffing for direct hire rather than conducting a job search on my own?

Navigating the job market on your own can be exhausting, stressful and seemingly futile.
